According to my effort to find the owner to this "Tag" there is 3 possible persons.

1. Hans Gehrke MaschOFfr U363

2. Heinrich Gehrke FkOgfr U666

3. Karl-Heinz Gehrke K.Adm Uboote ?

No 3 has the exact spelling but I am not clear about his role in
